Step 3: Check to make sure the connection is working by pushing the play button on your VCR. The video should begin to play. After this is performed, the video will need to be rewound. Stop the video and do this now.

Step 4: Minimize the Windows Media center. Go to your start menu then all programs. You’ll find CyberLink DVD Suite Deluxe there if it comes with your computer software. Click on this to open it.

Step 7: Sometimes you will get an error message that says “recording is prohibited”. It states that it’s copyright protected.
